Lights want work and i tried getting in touch with you but still no response. I went to auto zone and ask them to put my HID Nation lights in and they did and the lights didn't come on i put them on bright and everything and they just don't work. I had to put my old ones back in

After months of trying to contact HID to resolve my issue, I have not heard back from anyone at HID to try to resolve my issue.

I purchased a set of lights from HID and when I received them one light was 1/2 as bright as the other one. Ive tried to contact HID to resolve the issue, but I cant get anyone to try to help me with resolving the issue.

User's recommendation: With all of my issues with the lights and even worse the customer service, I would not recommend ANYONE to buy from HID.

They don’t honor their warranty that I paid for and I was sent the wrong product

When I contacted the warranty department and the sales department I was assured that they would make my complaint right and I have yet seen the right light kit sent to me and have yet heard anything back from customer service or the warranty department

Customer support sucks.

I purchased LED lights for my 69 Camaro and the added fee for lifetime bulb replacement and one light is 1/2 as bright as the other. I have tried numerous times to email to get it replaced with no response. In addition, I have tried numerous times to call to get the issue resolved with no response or resolution. I feel this is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. At this point I would not recommend buying ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Jim Johnson (614)-551-****
