Purchased LED lights for GMC Acadia 2010. Less than 2 months later, the LEDs go out.
Talked to tech support who isn't sure what to do but for me to buy a decoder/antiflicker kit. The techs there were not sure about daytime running lights which is now standard on all late model cars. I buy this 30$ kit plus shipping of both my replacement and sending back the LEDs and within 2 months...you guessed it, LEDs are going out again. In the video below, you can tell that the driver side LEDs are pretty much gone and the flickering on the passenger side is going out soon.
HID has seen this video and offered another replacement at my cost of shipping of 10$ plus me sending back the LEDs at my cost. I mentioned switching out from LEDs and they offered 20$ off. I spent well over 200$ at their store and I get 20$ back. BBB.org sided with them after listening to their *** of turning off my lights or directly turning on the lights and not using the automatic system.
Next generation lights as HID puts my ***.

Scammers
Scammers. They sell POS chinese knock offs that you can buy for a fraction of the cost on ebay.
Literally identical items that come in the same packaging. Then they also try to blame the malfunction of bulbs that worked for less than 3 months on the buyer for 'Not buying anti-flicker' modules, as if my low beams need that. Notice that their website does not allow to leave reviews on any items, because if they did they'd be out of business.
And their 'Shopper Approved' Reviews are generic fake reviews that can apply to any website, if you google shopper approved you can read about how sites pay for these fake reviews so people are thrown off.
Save the trouble of buying from them because once you install they wont accept the item back for refund. And the 2 year warranty will allow you to receive new bulbs every 3 months because thats how long they will last at the cost of you paying shipping to get them back to them for 'inspection' and another charge to ship the new pair for you.

Treated poorly after receiving merchandise that didn't work
Last fall I ordered lights for my husband's truck and when we received them they didn't work. We emailed the company and they said that they should work.
Emailed them again and they told us to pay to ship them back ($25) and they in turn sent the same exact lights back to us and they obviously still didn't work. Went through better business bureau and attorney general and the company still didn't respond to those agencies. We are not out $180 due to this company and have lights that do not work.
How can this happen? The company told us we were out of the warranty but we emailed within 2 weeks of receiving them.
