No customer support - defective product, no one is ther to help, scam, rip off, have tryed for 3 weeks and over 40 hours on redile and like 20 e-mails and RMA requests. not one anser.

i work at a car dealer and had got a lot of stuff from tem but 2 kits did not work out of the box. just trying to get some help. some one needs to kick them in the b@#$ and shut them down.

if i could do it over agine i would rather have teeth pulled out and a hot sause enima then see them sell another item. i am looking into finding ther home and fly ther and so them how i feel in person,

I also received a defective kit. I purchased the (LIFETIME WARRANTY) What a joke, they wanted me to send it back at my cost and said that they had to test it.

Spent another $15 to have it shipped back. Really, what type of Company charges you to send back (THERE DEFECTED) product? We as consumers buy products with the understanding they will work when we receive them. If I knew I was going to receive a defective product sold by a company that does not stand behind it, I would have "NEVER" even dealt with them, especially after having to pay extra for a so called, (LIFETIME WARRANTY) I was sent a replacement, have yet to install it.

Stay away from this company! Seriously if a company wants to charge you to stand behind the product, RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Ordered a bi-xenon kit for my truck. First set they sent out wouldn't turn on.

After two days of trying to call them I finally got a hold of a guy named Scott. He sent me out a second set. That set lasted 45 min and stopped working.

Now no one answering. *** ***.

All of the people posting about hidnation being a great place, probably work there. I too was ripped off by the hidnation.

Received defective ballast. They wanted me to send it back at my cost or spend another $15 to have another ballast sent out. I buy products with the understanding they will work when I get them. If I knew I was getting a defective product sold by a company that does not stand behind it, I would have gone somewhere else.

I am disputing it on my Credit card now. So I will be out no money.

If you have a problem with them make sure you report them to the BBB also.

Stay away from this company! Seriously if a company wants to charge you to stand behind the product, RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Purchased a HID light kit for my 2011 Jeep Liberty with the life time warranty upgrade. The product malfunctioned from the day I got it.

The high beams would flicker. I contacted company about the problem, they told me to send my kit back (on my own expense) and was told by a customer service rep that I would get a updated kit because the kit I had purchased was known to have issues with the ballasts.

When I received the replacement kit, I noticed the kit I got back was the exact same type of kit and ballasts I had originally. I installed the kit in my Jeep and had the same problem of flickering High Beam light. I emailed the company several times with out a response.

When I did finally get a response I was told I would get a call from "Mike" the next day. After 10 days, no call from Mike. I emailed the company again to see when I would get a call several times again, was told Mike would call me within 2 business days.

Almost a month later still no call from Mike, no working product, no refund. This company just gave false promises and sold me a garbage product.

I had an awful experience as well. One of their kits was assembled incorrectly, and they jerked me around several times, until I had proven to them that the error was on their side.

Since then radio silence.

I had a really good experience with these guys.. Their kits are freakin awesome they light up the whole road here where i live in the country. Try sending an e-mail to them they are usually pretty good with getting back to me right away.

Bro I agree dis nikkas are no help at all I order my kit over 3 weeks ago n stil nothing I try contactin them wit da number 888250**** they have n it justs a recorder playin over n over nall da options are da same sht no wonder sht kits was only 40 bucks fml... (-_-)
